Activities carried out prior to commencing the service:

  • Implementation of a technical study of the installation in order to determine its particular requirements.
  • Proposal for the organizational aspects of the cleaning service so as to achieve optimum performance, as well as planning and establishing the objectives together with the client.
  • Selection and training of personnel.

At the beginning of our service:

  • Meeting between the area manager and the client so as to establish the correct criteria for a personalised service.
  • Introduction to the personnel who will carry out the service.
  • Evaluation of the labour risks associated with the service, and a practical prevention plan.
  • Supply of materials.

Actions carried out during the service:

  • Continuous control checks of our service through programmed visits and random checks by our supervisors, as well as Quality control reports.
  • Corrective actions to maintain the desired level of satisfaction throughout the duration of the service.
